Coaching  philosophy:  

To provide a competitive and respectful environment that not only creates high level athletes, but well rounded individuals. For athletes to reach their highest potential they must master the mental aspect of the game in addition to their abilities on the court. I also believe that the lessons learned on the court are applicable to life outside of the gym.
