Coaching  philosophy:  

My coaching philosophy is rooted  in the saying hard work pays off.  I believe in not only fostering a winning mentality, but a team mentality.I want to show girls that building a firm foundation as a group will take you farther than individually. I believe devoting time towards your mentality to be just as strong as your physical skill creates a well rounded athlete. I want to push athletes to achieve their highest potential and leave no regrets on the court or in life.

My coaching philosophy is to push every player.
