Service Description

Week 2: July 7, 8, 9, 2025 Setter/Hitter: Session 1: 8AM-10AM 9th-12th Grades , (Advanced -Intermediate High school JV/Varsity Level) Ages 14 & up, club skills, advanced level training for setters and hitters for pin and middle attackers. Focus on arm speed, proper mechanics, setter connection w/hitters & match ups. Come rep advanced fundamentals & sharpen your volleyball skills with Excel Director/Coach Kelly Adams and other guest Excel coaches and alumni college players.
