Practice Policy:
If the School District closes the school where your practice is held, practice will be cancelled.  If the school is open, but the weather in your area is too bad to drive safely, call your coach and let them know that you will not be able to make it to practice.

Power League and Regionals Policy:
The CEVA Weather Cancellation Policy only applies to Junior Power League Tournaments and Adult/Junior Regionals.  The only time a tournament will be cancelled is if a facility will not open (cancels on us).  In the event a facility will not open and the CEVA office has been notified we will call each coach individually to notify them that their tournament will be rescheduled in the next two weeks.

Club Hosted Tournaments Policy (Friendship):
Cancellation policy varies depending on the hosting club and the playing location.  The tournament director should contact each coach registered for the tournament to discuss/inform of the situation.
