The following outlines our travel policy in regards to hotels:
- For multiday out-of-town tournaments our Travel Coordinator will secure a block of rooms in the general tournament area.
- As the tournament date gets closer, the information on the hotels may be updated, please check back often.
- Each hotel will have a deadline date to make your reservation before the block expires. Blocked rooms will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis so you may want to book early.
- Players and families are not required to stay in the hotel(s) we have booked. You are free to make your own arrangements. We block rooms as a convenience to our Excel families. In most cases, the coaches will be staying at the hotel(s) we have booked.
- No matter where you stay - once you arrive at your destination - you should contact your coach and let them know you have arrived and where it is you are staying.
- Please note that the hotel rooms for the athletes that go to the Vegas tournament are taken care of within their fees. The girls will be sharing rooms at this tournament only.
- If you, as a parent, are unable to attend an out-of-town tournament, please check with other parents on your team that will be going. Sharing rooms & rides is what makes this system work! |
